Preparing For Your Visit
ARRIVAL
Plan to arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment. Bring swimsuits for family members going for hydrotherapy. Babies and kids, who are not fully potty trained, are required to wear a DISPOSABLE swim diaper. If you don't have one, you can purchase from us for $2.


PERSONAL COMFORT
You will be provided with a bathrobe, towels and slippers to wear. Children under 5 years are provided with floats, older kids may not need a float. For your child to derive maximum benefit, please ensure they are well rested and fed at least 30 minutes prior to their session.


 
AMENITIES
We have a kid’s Fun and Read Zone where children can play with sensory toys, board games, read from our collection of children's books and and solve activity books.
We have relaxation lounge where you and your family can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, snacks, tea and water.​​​ You may bring your own snacks for the kids as they can get hungry especially after the session. Some snacks and beverages available for purchase.


Hydrotherapy
​Babies 4-6 months of age can enjoy hydrotherapy in our cute little glass tubs alone or in our large hydrotherapy tub where a parent/guardian can also accompany them. Our large tub is suitable for guests of all ages.​


AGE Limit
Kids of all ages and adults are welcome to use our services.


MEDICAL NEEDS
Kindly inform us of any special or medical needs or of any allergy or sensitivity that require additional attention. The oils we use are organic and you can inquire about the ingredients. For any skin sensitivities or allergies,  you may bring your own oil/lotion. Our RMTs are trained to offer prenatal massages but if you have specific medical condition(s), and are unsure, please ask your physician before booking your session.



PLEASE ENSURE CHILDREN ARE BEING SUPERVISED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES.​​​​


SAFETY & Security
Parent/guardian must be present with the kids at all times during their visit.
Guests are solely responsible for the safety & security of their personal belongings incurred during your visit as we will not be responsible for any damages. 

INSURANCE
Please check with your Insurance Provider prior to your bookings for any Group Benefits and coverages as currently we don't offer direct billing. Please be advised that cannot assume any responsibility if your services are not covered. 

CANCELLATION 
To ensure your appointment, kindly give 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Late arrival may shorten your treatment. Cancellation incurs a $30+tax charge, a full session fee applies for a no-show. We confirm appointments and send health forms via email for seamless visits.
