Cancellation Policy

Appointment, Deposit & Cancellation Policy To ensure the best experience for our families and to reserve your appointment time, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Because we reserve your time specifically for you and schedule staff accordingly, we kindly ask for the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time — for any reason, including illness or weather — will incur a $30 per person cancellation fee. Life happens, and we understand — this fee helps accommodate staff for holding your reserved spot. • No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Late Arrivals • Late arrival may result in a shortened session. • The full service fee will still apply, as the appointment time was reserved exclusively for you. Spa Schedule Changes
