COVID-19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our top priority.
We wanted to inform you of our policies and procedures in accordance with the Ministry of Health, Public Health Ontario and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

MASKS ARE MANDATORY - NO MASK, NO SERVICE!

Before your arrival:

  • Guests are screened for COVID-19 when booking and a day before their appointment. We contact guests a day prior to their scheduled appointment for confirmation. If after two attempts, we are unable to reach them, we automatically cancel their appointment. To rebook, please call us or book online.

  • Prior to arriving, each individual is required to complete the Government of Ontario self-assessment which can be found here. If the self-assessment directs you to stay at home and monitor your health or to get tested for COVID-19, please do not visit.

  • As mandated under by-law #135-2020 - dated July 10th 2020, please bring and wear a non-surgical face mask which covers the mouth, nose and chin for anyone over the age of 2 years.
Adult and kid masks are also available for purchase.

What To Expect Upon Arrival:

  • When you arrive, please call us from your vehicle, so we can assess you for COVID-19 symptoms before you enter. Our phone number: (905) 566-9898

  • Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance. If the temperature is high, you'll be asked to leave and get medical attention.

  • Hand sanitizer will be given to each guest when they enter and exit and anytime they need during their visit.

  • You are required to wear socks and will be provided with slippers.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every guest, safe in our practice.

Precautions taken:

  • The staff is required to wear the necessary PPE.

  • All Registered Massage Therapists are trained on updated COVID-19 protocols inline with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, CMTO.

  • As always, treatment rooms, stations and hydrotherapy tubs are disinfected between appointments.

  • We will limit the number of people in our reception area.

  • We have staggered appointments to reduce traffic and allow for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.

  • Temporarily closure of children’s paint area and snack bar. Books and magazines and any other items that take a long time to sanitize have been removed. We have some toys for children to play with during their visit which will be sanitized after each use.

  • All high contact areas will be disinfected several times per day.

  • We kindly ask for your understanding in this situation. For now, only accompanying parents and siblings are allowed during the visit.

  • We provide individually packaged water for guests to enjoy and keep hydrated.

Our plan is to move forward with great care and intention, gradually reopening more amenities as we adapt and as government regulations are updated. We will update this page with relevant information. You and your family deserve a health break for your body and mind; book your family's massage and hydrotherapy in a safe and secure environment.

Thank you for your support!
We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you.
