Cancellation Policy

As we reserve your appointment time especially for you and hire staff accordingly, we ask that you please provide 24 hours advance notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No-shows and cancellations less than twenty-four hours before a scheduled appointment time will be billed for the full treatment price. Late arrival for any service may limit the length of your treatment and the full service fee will be applied.
